CV. Artist. Lives in Berlin and Dortmund. * 1964 in Braunschweig, Germany. 1985: Studied Fine Art, University of Arts in Braunschweig. Studies of Sculpture class Prof. Micha Ullman, Academy of Fine Arts, Stuttgart. 1995 Residency Grant for half a year in Bad Segeberg / Villa Flath. 1995 – 2003 Assistant Artist, Brandenburg Faculty of Architecture University (BTU) Cottbus. Curating a short series of private exhibitions in Cottbus for one year, named: For Friends and Relatives. 1997 Grant for the workpiece European Armee. Atelierstipendium des Landes Brandenburg. Since 1999 to 2020: Member in the Association of Artists in Baruth, curating exhibitions and working as an artist in "Kunstverein Alte Schule Baruth". 2003 to date: Teaching Experimental Design as a Professor, Department of Interior and Scenografic Design, University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Dortmund. Working in an international association for teaching Artists and Designers to support the role of the Visual Arts in the education system of Universities, ( GKG e.V.). 2015: Nominated for the Prize of Art HAUS am KLEISTPARK Berlin. / 2019: Won Competition Schwimmtieralarm. Realisation of the work December 2019 to May 2020 in Berlin. /
